• Q2. How long does the camera work on a charge?
A The camera can work for 8 hours after charging.
• Q3. Would these ship from New Jersey or Hong Kong?
A We have warehouses in NJ and Hongkong , so we can ship from both of it. While the price will vary due to the difference of freight.
• Q4. Would you be able to send us a sample for us to test?
A Of course. We will send you the sample for you to test and check if you need.
• Q5. Is it possible to run continuously on a 12 volt connection. In other words can you choose between rechargeable and constant power?
A It can run continuously on a 12 volt connection.
• Q6. How many cameras can be viewed on the app? Just one? Or more?
A As for the Android, 2 or more cameras can be viewed on the app, but it needs to switch on our software.
As for the IOS, it can only support 1 camera on the app temporarily. We are trying to improve IOS system currently.
• Q7. Can the app be set up with a record function? / Can app be programmed to record when there is motion?
A For now, our app can not reach the record function but we support camera function. The reason is that the video recordings is large and it takes up a lot of memory from the phone, which will crash the phone easily. At present, we are considering how to keep only the first two or three minutes of the video, with the aim of facilitating the app operate smoothly. If you want to add the record function, we have the supporting facility 5” & 7” monitor for you to choose. (It just a normal monitor that connects with WI-FI, it is not an android monitor.)
• Q8. If someone wanted to view the camera remotely is it possible connect to wifi and view remotely (like a Ring or Arlo security camera system?
A The camera remote control function is not working yet due to the incompatibility with battery, while we are working hard to solve this problem.
